ICTF at Georgia Ports Authority
The Georgia Ports Authority welcomed its first rail shipment of containers to this new site on June 3, 2001. Delivered on time despite numerous design change orders, we cleared 23 acres of land, and placed 3,450 lineal feet of storm drainage pipe up to 72 inch diameter. Our work also included the installation of 10,650 lineal feet of railroad drainpipes and 27,650 track feet of rails with integral compressed air system. We topped off the site with 14 acres of Superpave pavement.
