This historical once in a lifetime Golf Course collaboration between Arnold Palmer & Jack Nicklaus is located in St. Augustine, Florida in close proximity to the World Gold Village. The project design required the excavation of over 700,000 cubic yards of earth out of more than 20 lagoons with all of the soils being used to achieve Mr. Palmer’s (The King) and Mr. Nicklaus’ (The Bear) desired contours. Special care was taken to minimize the impact to over 25 existing acres of pristine wetlands as well as the beautiful Six Mile Creek Basin. Golfing experts have described this project as a modern day marvel that all Golf enthusiasts and nature lovers must see.
